Art de Praslin is an artisanal, family-run chocolate factory established in 1936. It is now in its fourth generation. Jean and Louise Guion left their native Italy to come and settle in Belgium in the 1920s. A few years later, the Guion couple opened their workshop-boutique on avenue Pesage in Brussels.
